Man I love leg workouts way more than chest! Squats, meant to be 67.5kg…did 6 of those so I did 6 @ 68 kgs. Boom! Stiff legged deadlifs meant to do 6 @ 62.5 or something did that and then did 6 @ 66kg Then…. Lunges (groan) 2 sets of 6 @ 50kg (25 in eachhand) dont mind if I do. What a morning! Now time to smash the day at work! Day 22 off to a great start.

So as I briefly described at the end of last week, I am now on my next 6 week programme (12 weeks + 5 rest). As of last week, I was 6 weeks in and hadn’t moved much in my measurements, I put this down to a lot of “cheat” meals that weren’t necessarily metabolically precise. I tried to get at least 5 metabolically precise meals a day, and I’m trying to continue...

Attached to this post are my measuerment change images and graphs. Pretty much no fluctuation…I don’t have my strength improvements but essentially over the period I have gone from 35kg to 55kg Squats. Leg improvements have been the greatest. I am now doing a 35kg Chest Press too and my Chin ups are AWESOME.
