My advice of the day is…Less is More. You are likely never to achieve your ultimate appearance goals by running twice a day, 5 days a week. What I have noticed over my 12 week programme (and it took me till at least week 8 to figure this out) was that I didn’t need to be exercising for hours every day in order to get results. man I love legs and surprise myself each time I do them. 5 working sets tonight. Squats 2 sets of 6 @ 70kg wide leg leg press to a very low angle ! 2 sets of 6 @ 100kg lunges 1 set of 4 @ 60kg obviously there were warm up sets to all of that too. i am buggered and cant move off the couches here at prestige lifestyles! 1 more week till measurements!
