a) not exercise
b) eat whatever I wanted (within reason - I was never a junk food addict)
my thighs were far far leaner than they are now - I’m guessing they had little to no muscle tone, but seriously I do not WANT bigger…

GRRR LEGS LOSE FAT ALREADY
I really really really really want to get my GAP back (yes i know guy speak whatever)
I didn’t think I should stop increasing my weights to do this…keep lifting strong and heavy and the fat will come off…
Recall on my last DEXA scan on 6 January my L Leg was 35.8% BF and my R Leg was 34.7% body fat holding the largest percentages of body fat than the rest of my body.

My advice to you is to remember your goals and keep at them. Why do you want to achieve them? How are you going to feel at the end? How will you reward yourself upon completion?
