Fabulicious
Today, this morning, I feel so amazing. I had 7 hours solid sleep, something I havent had in months. Like no waking up to go to the loo. So good.
And, im not bloated at all (thank you lacto-flora synbiotic)
And I smashed out a shoulders work out! At the end I smashed out 2 sets of assisted dips on 12kgs 10 reps each! Boom.
And my nails are getting whiter and stronger like never before (...

Early bird catches the worm?!
Early Bird Kids Leaner
By Professor Gordon S. Lynch
Australian study finds “early to bed and early to rise” helps youths stay slimmer and more physically active than their night-owl friends.
Childhood overweight and obesity are global concerns and identifying contributing factors is critical for developing effective strategies for prevention and treatment.
Sleep is thought to play a...

Finally got an intro booked in for mid-june. Taking along my good friends who are getting married in Nov to build muscle lose fat. Wahoo.
Meanwhile my hamstrings and quads are so tight from legs on Sunday. I look funny walking.

SMASHED.
So no Cross-fit. Turns out most of the boxes in Brissy are packed! The next time I can get me and my friends into the Intro session is in June (which I will sign us up for). In the meantime I will be continuing my 12 week training programme (a new one wahoo).
I’m doing a 3 split again. Weeks 1-3 are 10RM 2 sets for each exercise (first exercise in each day also includes a warm up)

2010 Toxic Exposures Reporting
I have been barking on recently about changing your products from toxic ones to non-toxic and for very good reason.
Household products, cosmetics etc are leading causes of toxic exposures as evidenced by the 2010 Annual Report of the American Association of Poison Control Centers’ National Poison Data System (NPDS): 28th Annual Report.
“The top 5 substance classes most...

To Soy or not to Soy?
Check out the following article for a good read on why some soy products aren’t what they are cracked up to be.

My preferred: Almond Milk.
Good to see that fermented soy products such as Tempeh and Tofu are good choices!

Nutrition
Ok, yes I am sick. But this is very much so due to cold weather, lack of sleep and drinking too much.
On another note though, my Bloating has DISAPPEARED. Like, I just don’t feel bloated at all, I eat food and don’t regret it. I don’t blow my stomach out and look like I am preggers.
BRILLIANT.
And it is all thanks to this...

@lubnotes
I would love to do both, but also a money thing, I’d need to go 4 times a week to make it worthwhile. I should try it for one month. My gym membership isn’t much so that isn’t the concern ($20 a fortnight), it’s my car and personal loan that kill me.

Thanks New Zealand
For leaving me with the kind gift of a head cold, I tried to avoid getting it but nooo the cold weather, the aeroplane’s and hanging out with people who had a cold meant I couldn’t keep it away. Doesn’t help I went out two nights in a row drinking and couldn’t sleep for longer than 5 hours the whole time I was home (darn body clock!).
Anyway, I said I was going to go...
