Note to self and those increasing exercise.
You NEED more CALORIES. Today I had a lot of sugary foods as I craved it, clearly I didn’t have enough of the right good fats and carbohydrate choices at work. Plan for next week, more nom good fat foods to avoid cravings for sugar. Also need to rid myself of my chewing gum habit. I don’t think that is helping.

Foods my body has discovered it doesn't like.
After completing a month of detoxification and starting to reintroduce foods, I have discovered a few things my body definitely doesn’t like and will no longer eat.  1) Milk - I already knew that, but I tried some the other day - MASSIVE REGRETS. Lucky I have an awesome synbiotic to help.  2) Ice-cream & cream - well I guess that falls the same as above, had some last night. Massive...

Training is easy. Recovering is hard. →
thatcrossfitchickauryon: Rest? Recovery? Us CrossFit peeps could use a little lesson. Class is in session. And this is what HSN presented on last week, the importance of rest and recovery to get the results you want. Don’t be afraid to miss a session when your body needs it. Progression takes time.
